This study evaluates adjunctive external trigeminal nerve stimulation (eTNS) for adults with ADHD, specifically its effect on sleep quality. You will be randomly assigned to receive either active or sham stimulation nightly for the study duration.
Procedures: Nightly use of the eTNS device, daily sleep diaries, periodic sleep studies (PSG or validated wearable), and follow-up visits.
Risks: Known risks include mild skin irritation at electrode sites (contact dermatitis). You may withdraw at any time.
