1. Create your account
This creates your organization record and your first admin login.
2. Verify your email & sign in
Check your inbox for a verification link. In a dev/test deployment with no mail provider configured, the link is written to the server log instead of delivered — ask ops for it if you're testing locally.
3. Data use agreement
Your Alluvion contact prepares and countersigns the DUA. Once it's signed here, you can move on to configuring your data format.
4. Configure your data format
Paste a header row plus at least one data row to configure column mapping.

5. Send a test submission
This submits your mapped sample rows through the real ingestion pipeline — validation, de-identification, OMOP mapping — so you can see data quality scores before sending your first production batch.
