A behavioural rhythm monitoring platform that turns continuous wearable data — sleep, activity, heart-rate variability — into a per-patient rhythm signature. Built with an FDA-grade audit trail for use inside clinical trials.
A patient connects Apple Health, Google Fit, an Oura ring, or a Fitbit, and the raw data starts flowing in: step counts, sleep stages, heart rate, HRV. Most platforms stop there and hand you a dashboard. Cadence goes further, cleaning and aligning the streams into one time-series per patient.
On top of that, Cadence computes a rhythm signature — a small set of reproducible metrics describing when a patient is active, when they rest, and how consistent those cycles are over weeks. Clinical trials can use this signature as an endpoint or dose-response signal. Every calculation is logged for audit, with regulator-grade storage on the near-term roadmap.
