Hearth

One plan, every caregiver.

A child with ADHD is usually cared for by more than one household and more than one adult — parents, a grandparent, a nanny, after-school staff. Hearth gives them one shared care plan instead of five different memories of what the doctor said, with visibility rules that respect who should see what.

HearthLifestyle · Family coordination

Every caregiver sees what they're allowed to.

Most family apps assume one household and one login. Real custody and caregiving arrangements don't: a grandparent needs the med schedule but not the therapist's notes, an after-school aide needs today's plan but not yesterday's incident log, and a co-parent in a second household needs their own view that can't silently be narrowed after they've already relied on it.

Hearth's data model is asymmetric-visibility from day one — a caregiver's default scope (household, shared, or private) is set by their role, a parent can widen it but never let a contested read get quietly walked back, and every visibility change is audited. The child record, medication schedule, dose log, and shared win/incident log all live in one place instead of a group text.

Features

Built for the whole constellation.

01

Scoped caregiver invites

A grandparent, nanny, or after-school aide joins with a role-scoped invite — never a shared parent password.

02

Med schedule & reminders

Dose logging, refill countdown, and quiet-hours-aware reminders that never name the drug in the text itself.

03

Custody-safe visibility

Nannies and after-school staff default to a narrower scope than a parent, and visibility can never quietly narrow after another caregiver has already relied on it.

04

Today view

One screen, no navigation chrome, built for whichever caregiver is on duty right now.

Open Hearth

One family, one account each.

A parent creates the family's account directly. Every other caregiver joins via a scoped invite link a parent sends them.

Side A

For parents

Create your family's account, invite the rest of your child's caregiver constellation, and manage what each of them can see.

Side B

For grandparents, nannies & after-school staff

Today's plan, dose logging, and the shared log — scoped to exactly what a parent has shared with you, via an invite link.

Just launched — deployed to production as a single-household foundation build; no families onboarded yet. Multi-household support (two homes, two logins, one plan) is built into the data model but not yet exercised end-to-end.
