A ranked list is not a diagnosis. It's a starting point.

ADHD treatment is high-variability medicine. Two patients with the same symptom profile can respond to very different treatments — one does well on a long-acting stimulant, the other can't tolerate it and does better on a non-stimulant with sleep support. Clinicians have always known this; the tools to structure that reasoning haven't kept up.

Prism combines four kinds of input into a ranked set of treatment options:

Digital-phenotype signal from the Foundation's other tools
Cohort-level priors
Pharmacogenomic markers, where available

Every ranking is explainable and points back to its inputs. The clinician still makes the call — Prism just makes the case load lighter. It's currently in a pre-calibration stage: rankings are directional, not yet calibrated against a real treated cohort.
