Trellis

A real program, run at fidelity.

Trellis productizes UCSF's Collaborative Life Skills program — a manualized, evidence-based school intervention for ADHD — as software a district can actually run: certified clinicians, a 12-week cohort schedule that materializes itself, and a Daily Report Card engine shared with Relay's own measurement rail.

The evidence exists. Delivering it at fidelity is the hard part.

Collaborative Life Skills is a real, published intervention — but running it well means a certified clinician, a 12-week delivery guide followed session by session, a fidelity checklist that actually gets filled in, and a Daily Report Card that reaches the teacher and the parent every week without falling apart into spreadsheets and email threads.

Trellis gates cohort creation on real clinician certification — not just a UI checkbox but a server-side check — then materializes the entire 12-week schedule and pre-generates every expected rating up front, so a missed rating is a visible fact, not a silent gap. Teachers rate via a magic link, parents log home practice via an invite link, and consent gates every clinical export.

Features

Built for fidelity, not just enrollment.

01

Certification-gated cohorts

A clinician can't start a cohort without an active certification on file — enforced at the API, not just the console.

02

Self-materializing schedule

Starting a cohort generates all 12 weeks of sessions and every expected rating up front, so a missing rating is a first-class fact.

03

Shared DRC rail

The same Daily Report Card contract Relay uses — one schema, one conformance suite, portable across the portfolio.

04

Consent-gated exports

A clinical export requires a granted, unrevoked consent on file, enforced by both the API and a database trigger.

Open Trellis

District, clinician, teacher, parent.

Clinicians and district staff sign in through Compass. Teachers and parents join a specific cohort via a link, never a public account.

Side A

For clinicians

Training, certification, and the weekly cohort console — prep card, fidelity checklist, attendance, and per-student DRC trends.

Sign in via Compass
Side B

For teachers

A magic-link rating page for weekly DRC scoring — no account, no password, works offline with a synced draft.

Side C

For parents

This week's DRC result and home-practice logging, in English or Spanish, via an invite link from the school.

Just launched — deployed to production as a working vertical slice through the core cohort/DRC loop; no districts or curriculum content are live yet. Authoring the licensed 12-week delivery guide and fidelity checklists with UCSF is a separate, ongoing content track.
